Installation Services: Installation services are available, on-site installations of equipment.
Custom Bid Services: Custom bid projects require three - five days for quoting. I.P. Systems offers a custom bid desk to handle requests for project work, LAN/WAN installation and set-up, MCSE and CNE contractual services, employee-leasing, etc.
Time and Materials:
Service is available within three days of receipt of Purchase Order.
Can be scheduled at your convenience. Best for customers who choose not to use a
contractual program; provides non-critical coverage on Desktops, Printers,
Servers and LAN/WAN support.
Branded Warranty Uplift Services: Available for new equipment purchased within the last ninety days. Coverage is available on a variety of Systems ranging from Laptops to Enterprise servers and includes Monitors and other peripherals. Available through your I.P. Systems Sales Team and is a perfect opportunity to gain margin on every branded PC or Server sale.
Branded Maintenance Contracts: Available for equipment that is no longer eligible for the Warranty Uplift Program. All maintenance contract requests are submitted to a Custom Bid process that requires, at minimum three business days, for processing. Maintenance contracts are billable in monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual increments.
